“Im sure its normally fine but the elevator malfunctioned and suddenly dropped 6 floors, trapping me inside, and it was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. After Ringling the alarm for ages, pressing yhe call number, --- hitting stop-- nobody answered the call button and nobody came. After some time I decided I had to take a chance and unstopped the elevator. It opened on 2, I ran out, and when I explained to staff the severity of the experience nobody seemed to bat an eye. “The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready. The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room). When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions. I would never stay……
