This renovated loft style apartment is the perfect blend of comfort and style during your stay in Rochester, New York. It is located just off of the expressway making it less than 10 minutes to get to U of R, Strong Memorial Hospital, St. John Fisher college, Nazareth college, RIT, Wegmans, local boutique shopping, and Eastview Mall. It is jut two minutes from Park Ave and the city of Rochester’s downtown entertainment. You can check out events at the cities local theaters, comedy club, and concert venues. With many restaurants and bars within walking distance, this is certainly a spot of convenience.

Inside the fully secured apartment building, you will enter into your personal one-bedroom loft apartmentz Here you will find everything you need for a your home away from home. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room, making it a perfect space for visiting with friends. The large bedroom contains a queen size bed with a double length closet and plenty of room to store your personal belongings. The bathroom has a beautiful and powerful, large walk in shower and plenty of towels to get you through your stay.

The apartment is listed as a one-bedroom unit but if you have additional guests, the full-size couch is plenty comfortable for someone to sleep. Dogs are welcome!

Good rental

Very nice unit, good overall experience. Communication with the owner was very easy throughout; even when there was an issue with the unit, she was very responsive and attentive. I would rent this unit again.

Very clean, attractive, and comfortable apartment at a great location in Rochester. On Monroe Ave., seconds from 490, and right at the entrance of the Park Ave neighborhood.
