“Testing fire alarms at 8 am, saying they have breakfast and the waffle machine was broken. Motion lights in the room was annoying after the first accidental switch. Only thing going for that place was the hot water and AC.”

“Very clean property inside and out. Staff was helpful with all questions. Parking was easy. The room was very nice. This is an old home so there are a couple things to be prepared for: 1) if on the second floor the stairs are very narrow with short steps. Very difficult with large suitcases 2) no a/c control in the room. Didn’t realize it was in the hallway outside of the room until we woke in the morning but assume it controls all of the rooms. Sleeping was a little stuffy as we like the……

“I love the fact that the staff was really nice and friendly this was our second time staying there and each time we have stayed the staff has always been on point and make you feel very welcome if we when we go back to Plainfield Illinois again we will be staying there because I love the fact that the rooms are very spacious and that means a lot for me being in a wheelchair”

“Stayed here with my family and we noticed the room smelled very musty when we opened the door. Tried to get them to move us to another room but they said because we had laid in the bed (kids got into the bed the second we opened the door) they couldn't. Was also told there were some musty rooms in that place but not all of them were like that (which was true because my sister's family stayed there and their room was not as musty). Noticed the carpet was damp also- we kept our shoes on the whole……
