"Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet endroit situé sur la pointe d'une anse magnigifique! Cette villa est idéale pour des voyageurs désireux de vivre majoritairement à l'extérieur. La grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable est très spatieuse. Nous avons grandement apprécié la piscine à débordement où l'on se sentait comme si on nageait directement dans l'océan. Même si cela n'a pas miné notre voyage, nous tenons à souligner que certaines parties de la villa mériteraient d'être mieux...

"We have just spent 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. We were a group of 4 adults who traveled independently from the UK and hired a car at the airport so we could explore the island. After 2 weeks we all agreed that we we’re staying in the best town with the best beach in Martinique. From the villa we could see this fabulous beach and every evening we would toast the beautiful sunsets. The villa had a great pool and lots of deck area with 6 sun-loungers, and outside dining table and outdoor sofas...

"Property location inaccurate on VRBO site - actually 10 km from Sainte Anne, 13 km from Anse des Salines, and facing the Sargassum seaweed-soiled eastern coast. Extremely slow internet. Very old pool with shaky railings & splinter-risk decking. No privacy fencing or vegetative barrier for outdoor living area which is 10 feet from a busy service road in a noisy neighbourhood. Tired furnishings. Shabby linens/towels. Neglected gardens. Owner who requires communication only in French language...

"We stayed there for two weeks and had a great time. It's a beautiful place with a gorgeous view and a great pool and deck area. The house itself is very well equipped and in good overall condition tough it is showing a bit that it is a pure rental (fading paint, a few lights that don't work, a mosquito net that would take some serious mending, etc.. nothing bad but not quite high end luxury). The area is very quiet. Overall, we liked it very much and would come again."

"Great location on the beach. Property was as advertised and parking was excellent considering the area is very limited and difficult. Property manager Gaby was available for any questions and addressed all our concerns. Definitely would book again."

"I lovely retreat in the hills north of St. Luce. Just what we were looking for. Perfect for making day trips to various parts of the island, and evenings ‘at home’ enjoying the view. Hummingbirds abound in the verdant gardens. Evenings we were serenaded by the chirping of frogs and bleating of goats. A traditional style house updated with modern amenities, but retaining much rustic charm."

"Nous avons passe une semaine et nous sommes très contents! La vue est magnifique et on n`est pas loin de la plage et des commerces. Ilya un montée assez important pour acceder la maison mais ca fait travailler les jambes ;) Nous avons eu un coupure d´eau pendant 24h mais on a eu l´aide de Frank et des voisins en bas."

Petit salon externe derrière la maison pour l'apéritif du soir, à proximité de la plancha. Chambres avec climatisation silencieuse. La villa est déportée du centre ville, mais accès très rapide aux commerces, aux plages et voies de communications."

Nous avons été accueillis par Karinne qui est très sympa et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. On a ADORÉ nos vacances et c’est en partie grâce à vous !!"

"This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It is located directly on the beach in the lovely village of Le Diamant. Restaurants, shops, and the market are all within easy walking distance. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor patio, garden, and pool area. The sound of the ocean waves lulls you to sleep. To top it all off, the property owners are wonderful people - extremely helpful and responsive. We plan to stay at this property again."

"We never tired of the stunning and unobstructed views from the bedroom, living room, kitchen and pool deck. Conveniently located, this property is in a gated community for extra peace of mind. We’ve rented all over the world and this was our favorite! Stephanie, who manages the property, greeted us when we arrived and helped us check out. She was wonderful. It was a great experience all around. We’ll be back!"

"Gated, just a block or so from the water (although hill is steep.) Everything we could have needed was provided in the kitchen, including basics like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. No soap or shampoo in the shower, though. Know that the toilet is, like the bedrooms, accessible off the back wall of the open air living space, not directly accessible from the bedrooms, which have a shower and sink each. When the description says "shower only", it literally means the shower and the sink, no toilet....

"Nous avons pass10 jours parfaits à Ducos. Nathalie et Fabien nous ont tres bien accueilli dans leur cottage. La location est exactement comme elle est décrite. Famille de 2 enfants (7 & 12 ans), nous avons pu visiter l'ensemble de l'île grace au positionnement central de la maison. La proximité avec l'aeroport n'est qu'un avantage, nullement incommodé par des nuisances sonores."

"Daniel, Ocean, Lindy and all at Paradis de L'Anse made my stay wonderful.Daniel is one of the best chefs & I've lived in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Many years, all of them.Order either of the 2 steaks... Magnificent! As was all else. Please know that Sundays, guests must reserve for the buffet luncheon & no dinner Sun Night & closed Monday. The view from my room was as incredible as the location. NOTE: It is a very steep location as a result, with many stone steps up & down. If...
