“Wonderful stay! Beds were really soft but I would still stay there again.”

“This was our first time at the Ryder hotel. It was located very conveniently in downtown Charleston. The staff was very friendly however, when we were by the pool, the service there was somewhat spotty. Often times staff would just ignore anyone who was sitting at a table and not offer them a drink. The pool was nice to have on a hot day however, it was very murky and cloudy looking. Not sure how often they check for chemical balance. Both my husband and I felt very itchy after being in the pool……

“The Vendue is a 5 star hotel that doubles as a 5 star art gallery. And they have a 5 star restaurant , and a 5 star rooftop bar. Valet parking, a doorman that waits and opens the door for you even late, everything and everyone was amazing. Did I say I was impressed?”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choices. The wine and cheese in the evening was a nice touch, but the unlimited water bottles in the cooler were a lifesaver as we were there during the heatwave!”

“We arrived early, met at the front door. Luggage was taken to our room. Early check in was available. Great service, very friendly staff. We loved the wine tasting and cheese. Breakfast delivered to our room was a bonus treat! Wonderful location, within walking distant of everything that we wanted to do. Cookies and milk before bedtime. ”
