"Staying with a friend to see the city sites over a long weekend. So enjoyed the amenities provided. Extremely excited to see my name on the TV welcoming me to my room! And a private balcony with which to view the city life belowAND lounging in the pool too after a loooong day of walking the streets- heaven. I loved the restaurant selections also. "
"Lovely hotel - great staff, everything you need is there and very close to everything in downtown Charleston. The bar and restaurant is excellent and was really helpful during my stay! Will stay there again for the price for sure!

"I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time I have enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always on point plus they always have some sort of event happening which is great! I absolutely LOVE their new coffee machine!!! It is awesome! They have a great restaurant if you are looking for a dessert or a little snack. "
"We loved our stay at The Vendue! The staff was absolutely incredible, so friendly and attentive, and they made everything feel easy from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about making your experience great.
The hotel itself is gorgeous. From the unique art throughout to the cozy, stylish rooms, everything had so much character. Plus the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the heart of Charleston and within walking distance to everything. We already can’t wait to come back!"
"This is a delightful inn that is a perfect option for anyone looking to splurge on yourself in a beautiful city that is easily walkable from the inn. The staff is amazingly courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit, gourmet hot quiches and several other baked good items. We will definitely be back as we couldn’t see everything that Charleston had to offer. "
"Such a great boutique hotel with Charleston history and charm. Easy walk to King Street for shopping and lots of great restaurants and bars. Loved the happy hour and included breakfast — visited with other guests at both. Todd took care of our bags and parking our car and Louisa at reception gave us lots of restaurant and bar recommendations. Want to stay longer and come back!"
"This hotel is stunning and the staff are so kind! We had our baby in tow and the bar let us take our drinks and food up to the room. Valet was so nice and the hotel is gorgeous! It’s in a great location! Will stay again for sure! "
"The Spectator was everything I imagined and MORE! The amenities (refillable snacks, butler service, bikes) made my experience feel so special and comfortable. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced! It was my 3rd summer in Charleston, and out of all the places I've stayed at, this one BY FAR takes the cake!!!"
"Well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff! Free breakfast and coffee delivered to our room every morning was such a treat! Great location to everything in the historic district. Our room was decorated so charming and clean but only downside was the mattresses are wearing down a bit and need to be replaced, regardless, we slept well and I would still recommend. Great check in/checkout times as well!"
