“The Richemont is a lovely hotel with well appointed rooms tucked into a side street near bustling shops & restaurants and the College of Charleston. It feels like a gem of a European hotel with excellent service and a relaxed vibe.”

Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! “There was both good and bad about this property. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the wine and cheese social each evening was nice. The room had wallpaper coming off the wall and the shower doorlwas very hard to open and close without scraping the glass causing a loud noise each time. The restaurant was below average and the check-in and check-out process was poor. They sent a pending charge of $3,000 at check-in on a final bill of around $1200. At check-out I had to go and get……

“There were no amenities at this hotel. We thought the room was overpriced for the quality. No proper restaurant, difficulty getting into rooftop lounge. The lounge downstairs had out of control children running around. The Dewberry hotel was disappointing for the cost and I do not recommend. ”
