“Excellent experience at Indigo Inn during our stay. Staff are all friendly. Room was clean & quiet, bed comfortable. Breakfast and evening wine & cheese were held in lobby so we had frequent interaction with front desk. Would highly recommend this property. Great location and walkable to all activities. We stayed without a car and walked everywhere with Lyft to Magnolia Gardens & Airport. Hotel has its own parking area.”

“Nice central and well kept hotel on the higher end. Quick and friendly valet parking though pricey ($58/night) - we got free valet however through an Expedia benefit. Restaurant and front desk staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Our original room we booked had an issue so they changed our room unfortunately but wavered the parking fee. The inn is in a great location within walking distance to king street. The room has a wonderful basket full of goodies and drinks in the mini fridge that was complimentary which was wonderful! Enjoyed the wine and champagne they offered in the afternoon and evening for free. Lovely inn and highly recommend.”

“My twi adult granddaughters and I were there last week. It’s in a perfect location to all things downtown Charleston. We walked everywhere! We stayed in a junior suite which was fabulous—spacious and well appointed. Beautiful accommodations with high ceilings. Only enjoyed breakfast one morning, but it was well done.”

“Our room had a door that stuck and was very loud closing and opening. The kitchen cabinets were also damaged and doors did not close. Room was clean. Location was good. Staff was nice, especially the valets. ”

“Very old hotel, rooms small, popcorn ceiling, probably hasn’t been updated in 25 years, paint falling off building on the pool side portion, definitely not worth the amount I paid”
