“This is an old but very thoroughly and impressively updated and well run motel located half a block from the most high end hotel in Spokane. The location is convenient, the center of downtown, but there are issues with traffic noise and a little of an edgy urban ambience on nearby streets after dark. I felt safe and secure in my comforable and clean room. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed and bedding were nice and the carpet seemed new. I appeciated that the room was free of odors,...

“Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.”

“I got a room at the end corner and every 15 minutes during the night could hear the train passing, the ac makes to much noise. And there was a construction on the road which is not the hotel fault. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t for the train I could have stayed another night. ”
