The room was over the top clean, comfortable, roomy and in the perfect location. The complimentary coffee, tea and sweets were a very nice treat! Upon our 10am departure, after realizing the streets of Rome were closing down for the Race for a Cure Marathon and taxi service to catch a train at termini station would not get to us, the kind and thoughtful staff formed a plan to get myself and my husband with mobility issues to the subway. Daniele escorted us through the streets, to the subway ticket counter and down the escalators and stairs to the furthest point which was allowed and so kindly directed us to the train not far away. What an amazing, kind man and group of colleagues. We are so thankful for all of them. Thank you Condotti Hotel for a perfect stay. "
