Pros: The food at the buffet was great! The room beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The front lobby checkin personnel need to have a better attitude towards customers. Tram needs to be on a schedule.
Location: The hotel was in a perfect location for excursions and shopping.
Stayed at this resort for seven nights. Loved the large pool which had plenty of lounge chairs. Though, a swim up bar would be nice to have. Grounds and restaurant personnel were vey accomodating. There was a lot of great food! The beds were the best I have slept on in an all inclusive. Its a long walk from either side of the resort, so trams are necessary. I wish they would be bigger and run on a set schedule. There is no lounge bar that you can set and have a drink.

Location: For sure xcaret is a must to do ...great park , great show...buy on line with master card to have 2 days there ...you gone enjoy
Excellent for kids , for the ones who like nature , animals ...good food , nice serving ...love french a la carte ....the only minus is the beach but nothing is perfect ... free wifi is far away from good but with 2 $by day you could have a good conection ....for transfer I used US transfer ....great service , good price . The one who complain about walking distance ....come one man ... shame if you say that could be bad for you :))) after all food that is a blessing :)

Pros: Cleaning staff did a wonderful job every morning.
Cons: More beach area, chairs by the pool, friendlier staff.
Location: Not much to do except lay by the pool. Very few activities hosted by the resort itself. If you want to have fun you will have to leave the resort.
The room was close to the "beach" and that was about the only plus about this resort. The beach itself is small. Poorly taken care of sand and the water itself. Pool area was nice but the only way you would have a place to stay all day is if you woke up at 5am and reserved a few seats. Too many people and not enough room for everyone. Service at restaurants and buffets was poor. Long wait just to get water when you first sit down.

It was not worth the price we paid for. We have stayed in better resorts for the same amount of money or less. From the quality of food to the cleanliness of the rooms, very low quality in general, as for our past experiences. Not even the staff was as friendly. And they want you to purchase a membership???

Loved the hotel. Room service was amazing and made sure the hotel was always clean. The hotel employees were nice, however, they try a lot to get you to sign up for their VIP system including morning calls. They have an amazing variety of restaurants, that must be tried but I only get to try 3.

We stayed for 6 days and because our children did not have long pants to wear, we were not aloud to eat in the restaurants, therefore we ate at the buffet, the same food every day, because the menus don't change, and that was very disappointing.

Cons: Customer Satisfaction
The first 2 nights, the hotel room was good. After the sink was collapsed and water got stuck we were moved to building 4 and the room AC didnt really work and its hot and after sleeping 2 night without AC. we talked to concierge and they sent the technician to take a look. Unfortunately, the AC still not cool enough for us to sleep. This is not a pleasant experience and we tried to ask for compensation but no luck at all.
