I was very disappointed in this resort. It is listed as a 5-star resort with 4 star reviews, but that is not what I experienced. The first room they gave me had roaches, black mold on the mattress, a sticky floor, brown towels (so they weren't bleached clean), stains on the sheets, and crusty white bodily fluid stains on the blue bed accent throw. The 2nd room had all those issues except the roaches/mildew, and it had a clogged sink and shower. They eventually unclogged the sink a week and a half or so after initial service request, but not the shower. The walls are very thin- you can constantly hear the other guests and cleaning staff. Some of the info listed on the Expedia listing was incorrect. It claims you have access to their neighboring sister resorts' restaurants, which is a big reason I booked this specific resort for food variety (I was there 3 weeks), but I was told that I could only go to those resorts for their lunch buffets... not dinner at the actual restaurants. Most of the restaurants at this resort and some bars were closed most or all of the time, or only open certain nights. The club/bar called "after hours" was closed always. For breakfast/lunch there is only a buffet (no real restaurants are open), and the food at the buffets is stale and not good. Only lobby bar is open until late. No food is available after 9. No room service available. Some of the staff were really awesome, and it was cheap. You get what you pay for.
