over all a great vacationPosted Dec 18, 2014
Restaurants were great the sit down ones were the best and the buffet was average. The beach was outstanding the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would return here for a vacation and you can walk to Puerto Morelos it is about 4 miles.

Absolutely loved it!Posted Dec 14, 2014
My husband and I just returned after staying at Ocean Coral for 10 days. We absolutely loved it and plan on returning in May with our son. We did upgrade to privilege and are very glad we did. Our room was very quiet. We also enjoyed breakfast at the privilege lounge in the mornings, less busy than the buffet. The resort allows for the guests who want to party an area and for guests who want to enjoy quiet and relaxation an area. The best of both worlds. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Not a great experience ...Posted Dec 12, 2014
Stayed December 2014 Cons Murky, muddy water in the ocean, tons of seaweeds. Swamps adjacent to the hotel, so I do not recommend it for people with joint problems. Entertainment starts late: 9:30 PM Uncomfortable bed. A lot of ants in the bathroom. Mexican restaurant - very bad food. Pros Overall nice hotel with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Mike’s coffee shop – great coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and cookies. Italian restaurant – the best food. Giving 1 star because we could not swim in the murky ocean.

Nice beach, good food, drinks bad quality alcoholPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: The beach was nice with lots of lounge chairs and gabanas. The smoothie bar and the coffee shop were phenomenal. Loved the palm trees all around.
Cons: The staff was not as friendly as at the several previous Mexico vacations we took with the exception of the restaurant/buffet hostesses who were great
Location: Went on jungle four wheeler ride/zip lining - it was terrible and lame. Swimming with the turtles and cenotes was nice and worth going.
The quality of alcoholic beverages is awful. The bottled vodka and other adult beverages must not be bought for more than $5 per big bottle. You can get better liquor if you have money and join the privilege club/time share. Some staff is super friendly and nice but majority appear to hate their job and can't stand the guests - they smile with a big effort. Lobby store is super expensive please pack all of your medicines and necessities as I had to pay $8 for 12 advils and $8 for 8 feminine hygene products. If your picture gets taken by a lobby photographer its $20 each. Bring a lot of cash with you or a credit card as everything including tours is super expensive.

Back for the fourth time.Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: This time I signed up for the on site Scuba course and it was amazing. Cant wait to go back and take an advanced dive course.
I just cam back from 8 days at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa. This was my 4th time vacationing at this hotel and it was just as fantastic as I had remembered it. This hotel is n a great location. Close to Cancun for day trips or a short cab ride or a good walk into Puerto Morelos for those that like a beach walk. The staff make you feel like family. Cande, a waiter in the dinning rooms, took extra special care of myself and my parents.

Fun hotel not far from airportPosted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: I liked the location of our room, we were three rooms away from all the restaurants on the main floor. It was very clean and the upkeep was good.
Cons: More breakfast options. Not having to leave my room by 730am to get a chair by the pool because people put towels on all of them before they even ate.
Location: Very near to the airport, we did an atv excursion but it was over and hour away. And we golfed at vidanta el manglar golf course.
My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days over thanksgiving. Over all we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would return again! Sensai has delicious food. Lots of seaweed on the beach if it storms and the ocean isn't blue until further out. Felt safe and never had anything stolen from chairs around the pool. Delicious mojitos and my boyfriend loved the piña coladas, fransisco makes the best drinks! We booked a king bed and got two fulls but we pushed them together and it was fine. Views from the lobby were amazing! Never had too many kids around, they have a kids pool and playground in its own spot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice hotel under staffed Great resturantsPosted Nov 29, 2014
Pros: The number of pools and resturants
Cons: The staff needs to be increased and start their day about 2 hours sooner to start cleaning
Location: location was close to many things to do and transportation was reasonable
The most friendly staff and helpful, time share sales was way too long and BS
