I visited for my birthday Fantastic place!! The ambiance , customer service , and the food was GREAT! I stayed at the adults only resort however they have other sister resorts that we had access to. The place does require a lot of walking due to so much that it offers but they provide golf carts to chauffeur us around the property and to the other resort. Great place for a romantic and luxurious experience and for family as well.

The staff were genuinely caring and professional. We were spoiled in EVERY way. We felt so very cared for. Loved our experience. Second time with a TRS Palladium hotel and we will definitely do it again!

My husband and I had an amazing time! We relaxed, partied, and rested, definitely a great anniversary/birthday vacation. Our butler Jose was amazing. The massage therapist at the spa Bernice and Luis were amazing. The activity coordinator at the range Carlos was also amazing.
