“Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd never stayed at an all-inclusive place before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was a great place to stay. My only criticism is that if you're trying to communicate with the hotel through Expedia, don't. They respond very slowly through that portal. Direct with the hotel is much better.”

It was very kid friendly with greatpools and pool and non-pool activities for kids. We went mid June and it was a really bad seaweed season, but there were workers working daily cleaning up the seaweed to make the beach accessible. The rooms were clean and pool towels were exchanged nightly. The property itself was a lot smaller than expected, there was one walkway connecting all the buildings to the pool and beach. “I'm unsure why Expedia lists this hotel as all-inclusive. Be cautious when booking— I paid extra for all-inclusive, only to discover it covered just the room. There is no entertainment at night or during the day. To me, it's more of a hotel than a resort. The food is also not very good.”
