“Took a shower and after about two minutes was ankle deep in water. Let the front desk know but there was no apology or any offer of making it better. She just jotted it down.”

“Pancake machine didn’t work and breakfast sandwiches were cold. Pool area was closed due to work and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Not a great experience ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The fireplace didn’t work and called and sent e-mail and did not get a response. The main inn was closed for renovation and that was a surprise. We stayed in the inn several times previously and enjoyed our stay. This stay was nice but could have been better.”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”
