"Property is clean and nice, price is right. It’s a 10 min walk from downtown so not bad, lots of restaurants in the area. Rooms are a bit too small, we got the 2 queen bed for my 3 kids and me and felt there was not enough space. They don’t really have a pool, it’s a big hot tub but my kids like it even though it was very crowded. Staff was very nice and helpful, if we stay there again we’ll get a bigger room for sure!"

"Resort style property, quiet area but not near the heart of Banff. Good pool and hot tub area, but older. Rooms have been updated, comfy beds, newer bathrooms. Good price and located very close to hwy 1 for all your siteseeing adventures."

"This is a great place to stay in Banff town. The only suggestion I have is to provide more instruction on the parking. The password to open the garage door is confusing if someone found there is another lock on the door… I might be stupid but I really didn’t see the keyboard around the entrance first lol"

"Stayed here for the Womens soap run. Great location as within walking distance to the shuttle to the Nordic Center for the walk. Also within walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining. There are also coffee shops and dining in the hotel as well as close to the hotel. The only issue was the heater in our room was very loud when it kicked in at night. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Large, clean and modern room. Large hot tubs were lovely. Free breakfast included was very good. Within walking distance of Banff town centre with very popular coffee shop on site."

"The lodge was a great place to stay. Our space was separate from main building and was had everything we needed. Bonus was the Nespresso coffee and wood burning fireplace! The only negative thing about the place was the shower and the shower door. Make sure you close the shower door before you start the shower; otherwise, water gets everywhere! Staff was really good and provided us with supplies when we needed. Bus transportation was 1/2 block away. Overall our stay was great!"
