“This was actually a very nice hotel. The only bad thing was our heat didn’t work. We only stayed one day but waking up to a cold room in the winter was NOT fun at all! Other than that if it was a longer trip we would’ve loved it! Its convenient location made it accessible to almost everything we attended. Rooms were very spacious and would’ve been comfy, but it was cold. ”

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……
