“Excellent stay but staffs are poor In hospitality especially front desk”

“The reservation was for a two bed room but the hotel reserved a one bed room. With who was with me I needed two beds. The desk person said he could give a room with a pull out sofa but then put me in a room with one bed. 2 1/2 hrs later I had a room with a pull out sofa and it was close to midnight. He blamed all on Expedia and said I should only reserve directly. Sorry never had a problem like this with Expedia. Refused to give me a refund so was forced to use the room he had. Overall very……

“We arrived after 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet, so we had to wait. The shades in our room were not room darkening and woke us up very early. There was a used Q-tip on the floor in our bathroom that looked like it had been there for a while. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, a bit more variety would have been nice. Overall if other places in the area were sold out, we would stay as a last resort, but it’s not likely we will chose it again.”
