"The room was good and clean, hotel employees were friendly and efficient. The breakfast could have been a bit better, maybe add some kind of sausage or bacon. The one downside was that the pool was closed"

"Just the fact that it’s an old ship, makes the experience unforgettable. Very unique, staff was friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t clean, no trash bags, no soap, and bed/pillows had no linen but we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they took care of the issue immediately. Our housekeeper was great, she did everything she could and even apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. She was very sweet and helpful, I told her I didn’t need the soap or towels because we had our own...

"I would like to say when we checked in. Tony was absolutely amazing! He made us feel welcome and he was wonderful to work with. It was our anniversary and Tony went above and beyond for us. This is our 2nd time here and will stay here again. Great location and you’ll be at the security check point for Disney less than10 minutes."

"Had a good time. The property is nicely done. The amenities were there and it’s in the perfect area, especially for business travelers. Only suggestion I have is a little more friendliness from the night auditor, checked in relatively late and she did her job and was explanatory but was a little curt. "

"Great staff, convenient location, walkable to Disney, food nearby. Only issue I had was the parking situation. We had some issues with finding parking despite having a parking permit. This would be fine if the parking space was included at no extra charge with the reservation, but it’s 25 bucks a night.some of the stalls are very tight to fit into too. Other than this, the stay was good! Still would recommend."

"Great place to stay if visiting Costa Mesa or Newport beach area! Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. A friend and i rode motorcycles and staff was accommodating and property was very safe. This is my Newport beach go to!"

"Love this spot. The lobby is great with a Starbucks in the lobby. The AC and bathrooms are a little old, but the rooms are really well kept. Staff is great and the location is walkable to many amazing local restaurants. "
