“Valet was very friendly. When we first got there check-in was very busy but it was to be expected for those traveling on a cruise. Despite the long wait the receptionist that had attended us was kind. We headed for the happy hour at the bar. Drinks and food was a success. They have some real good birria nachos!”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“The man at the front desk basically ignored us for the first couple minutes when we arrived. He was slow and inattentive. The hotel was run down and poorly maintained. Was right next to the cruise port so we booked it. Was cheap, so worth every penny. But don’t expect too much .”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy”

“Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal.”
