“We enjoyed our stay, we only were there to sleep somewhere before heading off to the cruise port the next day. I forgot the guy’s name who was in the office but he made our stay there excellent. We were headed for our first cruise ever and he gave us tips/advice and even places to eat around there while also handing us a 20% off flyer for Kalaveras restaurant and we got money off our total when we went there!! We will definitely be back again!! And next time I’ll try to catch the guy’s name lol.……

“The gym was very disappointing. A weight rack with many missing weights and no other power device at all, not a single one, only cardio machines.”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“Great stay if you only waiting for a cruise. Sketchy part of town but seems safe just looks sketchy. Had to ring the door bell 2-3 times before the manager answered the door to check in at 11pm l. I heard this was a refurbished halfway house from my uber driver which he explained had burnt down. Smelled like fabulouso cleanser. Bathrooms - bring shower shoes. They are jack and Jill or just don’t shower. Water smells like sulfur coming out of the tap. Housekeeping knocked 30 minutes……

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“Restaurant breakfast took over an hour as we wired at a table after giving our order. It was terrible!”

“The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy”

“房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 ”

“Room was weirdly large with no closet, just a small bar mounted on the wall but no hangers. Only a single bar of soap was provided between the shower and sink. No hand towels, just a couple small bath towels.”
