The staff were always friendly and engaging and prompt in assisting with any of our needs. We will absolutely keep Sonder on...

"My son and I stayed here for 5 nights on our recent trip to Edinburgh. When we checked in they had upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment. It did not disappoint. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for self sufficiency on days we wanted to eat in. Staff at the desk were /4 hrs and were very friendly and professional. They provided us with what we needed when asked. I really loved staying here the moment we left the building everything on the Royal Mole was at our fingertips....

"Convenient location to get around the city in any direction. A few blocks off of Princess St and directly across from where the tour buses meet and depart. Staff were always helpful and attentive and the rooms had recently been renovated to be a more spacious and modern feel. "

"The apartment was beautiful and the location could not be beat. Steps from restaurants and parks and close to the action of Princes street. However a couple of things were less than ideal. First, the dryer was inoperable. Clothes would was and the heat of the dryer would come on, but the clothes wouldn’t dry. Second, the windows let in a significant amount of light at night, this combined with no fans, made sleep a bit challenging. Overall a really nice place but a couple of improvements...

"Spectacular. Location was perfect. Condition of accommodation was 5 star. Spacious, well furnished, kitchen was fully functional and included a dishwasher. Absolutely would stay again. "

"Close to Royal Mile. Rooms are small and depending on the room, corner rooms on inside of building have poor ventilation. Though a fan is supplied and the window opens slightly, there is no airflow but this is typical of most places in UK. Don’t think they know what HVAC is there. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The porter Ricky was very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great tips on places to viait and eat. The location was great. The only negative ia that it's a 3 story walk up without an elevator. We would stay here again. "

"Very nice older hotel. Since it is older you do have to walk up stairs to get to the reception. There is a lift from there to the rooms. Our room view was great and we could see the Scott Monument and Edinburgh Castle from our room."
