"The hotel, and room was great. I booked this hotel due to the reviews stating it was great for families. However upon arrival, we noticed a bunch of kids without chaperones. “Gradweek” was in town, and the reason I say it’s very unsafe was because there was no security. Highschool kids were screaming till 2-4 in the morning in the hallways while our children were trying to sleep. Very inconvenient. Also playing in the elevators. "It was right smack dab in the middle of a lot of shopping and food. The only thing I did not like was that their Valet service was crappy. They would put your name on the list for the next day to have your car ready and it never was one day I was 15 minutes late to work and that was after calling down and hour before I had to be there. My car was literally across the street in a garage. smh"
