"New(ish) hotel. It’s clean. It’s minimalist… no pool, no bar, smallish rooms. The smaller rooms is not a bad thing, except they charge comparable w competitors offering traditional larger rooms!??!? W pools…"

"The hotel service was lack luster given the price of the hotel. The room seemed new but had loose cabinet doors and other things that felt like the room had been used hard and the housekeeping couldn't be bothered to call it in or worry about making it right. Hilton seems to have recently rebranded this hotel but it seems to have been cosmetic only and the service did not feel up to Hilton standards I am accustomed to."

"If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is clean with VERY basic amenities BUT, is right on the beach, this is the place for you! The rooms are not equipped with phones to contact concierge. Instead, you'll have to download an app. There is no iron and ironing board in the rooms...you'll have to either go to the front desk to request one, or use an app. Water pressure in the showers is minimal, but it works! Lastly (and while this is understandable) upon my arrival, the hotel...

"Love staying here! Check in with Kahleid was above and beyond and I was absolutely impressed! Location was great to an event we were attending. Upon returning, our AC was not working in our room. Contacted the front desk, and John was quick to get us a new, and equally beautiful room. Very happy overall with our stay, but most impressed with how the staff goes above and beyond with customer service! Will return when in the area!"
