“The pictures online were deceiving. We got our room and had messed up furniture, the floor was dirty, had no phone, and when we went to take a shower the water first came out light brown. Me and my fiance reserved this $192 room for our anniversary and couldn't be more disappointed. They stated they would give me points as a discount cuz they stated they couldnt take off because i went through experian, the points didnt even come through at all! They tried to give us another room but one with a……

“Could tell this was a busy and heavily used hotel near the park but the room was clean and the staff was great. Would stay again.”

“The hotel was just okay for the most part. When the cleaning staff came around they took out used towels but only replaced them with 2 bath towels for 4 people so we had to go down to the front desk and request a couple more, same thing with toilet paper. Also when they cleaned our room they made up 1 bed but left the other unmade and did not remove our take out containers that were quite obviously empty and we couldn’t find anywhere to toss them. The breakfast was less then desirable”

“This is a beautiful resort. There is a lot to do and plenty of space. The location is close to theme parks and historical sites. We recommend 100%!”
