“Our room would've been very nice had it not been for the awful smell we were met with upon entering it. It was a combination of stale chlorine water, damp clothes, and sewage. We discovered that a sewage smell was emitting from the toilet. I mentioned this to hotel staff and they said they'd address it, but no one ever came or checked back in with us.
