"This hotel was located at a very good location for taking a walk around the town and malls. The area also felt safe. The property has only pool which was full, should consider an adults pool and children pool, to make sure all guest gets access. Breakfast had long lines, due to public holiday and multiple guests. Waiting period of 1 hour minimum. The dinner options were not that great but breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was a great stay. "

"I LOVED that the Hoxton had 'shoebox' sized rooms and wish more hotels had this option for the solo travelers among us. Despite being small, it had everything I could want. I parked on the street which was easy, but I imagine some people might not be comfortable doing that (there are some homeless population around this area as there are in most of downtown PDX). The guy at the check-in was awesome."

"I travel to Portland frequently for work and have been systematically trying hotels in downtown Portland. Hotel Heathman is my favorite so far! The building is beautiful & convenient to the office I visit as well as numerous restaurants & shops. My room was comfortable & clean. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive daily housekeeping though— I would expect that from a hotel of this caliber. I typically keep my room neat, & I’m fine using towels for multiple days, but I used the French press...

"We had a lovely stay. We had an issue with our sheets being stained and the customer service took care of it and comped our parking which was excellent customer service. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the lounge above the restaurant. We also loved the secure parking and felt safe coming and going! "

"The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming from the minute we pulled up to valet, every time we went through the lobby it felt like staying with a friend. I cannot express how kind and welcoming they were. They seemed genuinely happy to be here and made us feel the same. The hotel is beautiful, quirky and well kept the rooms are huge and comfortable. This is my absolute favorite place in Portland. "
