“Beautiful property. We stayed in the Capitol Suite, which was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, almost couldn't hear anything outside with the balcony door closed, which was nice. The balcony is large and very private feeling, with an incredible view of the city. “Our hotel room was clean, bed sheets extra crispy. To prepare for surgery the next day I had to take two showers and the shower temp is regulated. That resulted in me having to take two luke-warm showers (evening and morning) which was most unpleasant. I have stayed at Hyatt’s where this was the case, I’d like them to allow for hotter water in the showers. We had trouble locating the parking garage entrance after checking in. I had to turn our vehicle around and go back to the front desk to get……

“We were not informed of parking situations and that there were hotel parking and paid parking. The lamp was broken in room and the phone in the room was seemingly non functional. Also we were told breakfast was at 630 to 10 but was not informed it was no part of the room and was just that restaurant was open .”
