“Not good, for jet lag customwer, front give me the room 308, when I was so tired to sleep, I can hear all the noice surrounding by the pool. Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala……

“The location was perfect for our first time being in downtown Denver. Walking distance to a lot different restaurants. The hotel it self was nice and clean. Staff was there friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Stood here 2 nights. Room was never cleaned. We left the hotel room around 11:30am and didn’t return until 10pm. When we got to the room it was not cleaned. I went to the front seat and told them, he made some excuses, I told him they need to send up clean towels so we can shower in the morning. Went to the bar at the hotel around 10:45pm and they were calling last call, I asked for a whiskey sour, the bartender rolled his eyes. I was if it’s that hard I’ll order a beer.”
