“We stayed here with our children while visiting the Creation Museum (10 min drive) and Ark Encounter (48 min drive). Our "mini apartment" had plenty of space for our family of 7. Two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a pullout full size sofa bed in the living room, and a kitchen with an apartment sized fridge, 4 burner stove, and oven. Everything you need for an extended stay with the family. Overall, the accommodations were worth the price we paid. My husband said it was the best hotel……

“Had a two night confirmed reservation (prepaid) employees got in late and headed straight to work. Called to see if reservation for second night was still good.. had to call back 3 times to get an answer.. Reservation was cancelled for second night and still billed.. Front desk staff said they had no more rooms available.. went here and booked a room .. customer service completely lacking and the charge for the additional night after cancelling should never had happened.”

“Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast. Also owner picked up some trash on the floor, then proceeded to get clean, silverware out and place it on the counter. He didn’t watch his hands.”

“After coming in from the ark encounter, we had just walked in our room and received a knock at the door stating that someone was stomping. which no one was stomping. we had literally just came in the door and settled down and the kids were sitting on the floor watching tv. After my husband went to the front desk to get clarity and question them, the supervisor stated she heard us from the elevator, meanwhile the elevator is a distance from our room. Its no way they heard anyone in our room from……
