“Great location!!! Friendly and very helpful staff!! Do not be afraid to ask anything from them. Especially places to eat but make sure you know what you have a craving for. Just one con, there was a protest march when we were there and it got a bit noisy. Again the staff was great. Thank you guys”

“Por tercera o cuarta vez, notifico el problema que tuve en el cuarto durante mi estancia, la primer noche, todo bien, la segunda noche me di cuenta que faltaba un Costalito de joyería, joyería fina, en el cual estaba un regalo de mi hija y unos aretes de mi preferencia como les dije anteriormente no eran de oro, pero la joyería fina cara, pedí hablar con la manager del Hotel, creo que su nombre es Giselle, porque un empleado me lo dijo jamás atendió mis llamadas nunca en se me había perdido algo……

“Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. ”

“El departamento está limpísimo y nuevo. Equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar, muy cómodo. La ubicación está increíble, puro centro. Lo único malo es que no creo que sea buena opción para viajar en familia, con planes de descansar o madrugar, porque en la noche se escucha la música de los antros, en sábado hasta la 1.30.”

“我的房間樓下對正音響店，所以每天都好嘈好嘈，加上hostel本身亦好多party活動亦都好嘈好嘈，瞓咗四晚我覺得自己只係瞓到兩晚，睡眠嚴重不足。其他配套設施都可以。早餐一般因為我不喜歡吃麵包，只是想要水果多一點，他們都不給，很小家。 放食物到公用雪櫃要小心，因為我的Yogurt都俾人偷了。 我住的房間是男女混合，我覺得嗰啲人好冇品，長期關門都超級大聲製造噪音。 另外房間沒有冷氣抽風風扇，很熱出晒汗”

“沒有停車場, 不方便停車”

“Contraté una habitación de 87m y me dieron una de 50 o menos. Tuvieron muy mala actitud los del establecimiento incluso queriéndome convencer de que si era de 87 o más cuando era obvio que no, el espacio media alrededor de 13 de largo por no mas de 3.5m de ancho, la mitad de lo contratado (terminaron culpando a Expedia por el “malentendido”). Ademas olía a marihuana en los pasillos. No había jabón en la regadera. ”

“Our unit was clean upon arrival, however, we had no hot water during our entire 6 days!! There were no bowls or plates but they do provide coffee cups and some silverware. The area is lovely and many museums and cathedrals - Zucolo square are in short walking distance which was a bonus!”
