"First time in Pittenweem. The flat was small but we didn’t need anything bigger. Space had been used carefully and was well furnished. When the wood burning stove got going it made for a cosy experience. Pleasant seafront area nearby and Anstruther is only half a mile or so away. St. Andrews is about 20 minutes by car. Well worth a short visit (three nights for us)."

"Stayed here with my husband and two teens for a 2 night stay.. House was small but cosy and we were glad the heating was on when we arrived as weather was awful!. House is well equipped for a self-catering holiday; we did not cook much but there seemed to be plenty of utensils /pots and pans etc. Also very pleased to see more than 4 of each piece of cutlery /crockery (a pet-peeve is when places for four people only have 4 forks /plates etc -you need those extras!!!) Great location for beach...

"My wife and I absolutely loved spending the day reading and relaxing by the wood stove looking out over the fields, watching sunrises together. The check in process was easy, and everything was clean and extremely well maintained. The bed was fantastic to sleep on. We loved it so much we booked an extra night! It's a short drive to St. Andrews and a number of farm shops and other small towns. Well worth the stay!"

Communication from the owners was superb and they were welcoming and considerate - living next door they were on hand and supportive without ever intruding on our time or privacy.
