"We have stayed at Seascape Resort many times over the past 30 plus years, tu[pically in the 2 bedroom townhomes. It is a lovely and restful place. For the first time, we stayed in the studios in the main building. It was a spacious and well maintained room with a fireplace, balcony and kitchenette. It was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. we enjoyed the beach, the pools, the bar and restaurant, and the shuttle sevice to and from the beach. All in all a great time. We highly recommend Seascape resort."

"We stayed here after a day at the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. Check-in was quick and painless. The motel was full and there was still adequate parking. The A/C worked well enough. There are several food options and a convenience store within an easy walk. The Beach Hut Deli on the corner makes a mighty fine sandwich, and you can even have a beer while you wait. The only ding on this motel is that the bathroom was a bit tired. The sink was down to steel in a couple of spots and please repair the stripped spline in the shower temperature control."

"Unfortunately, when we first checked in, we found bedbugs in the bed while doing our usual bed check. We immediately notified the front desk and showed them photos. The staff was very concerned, took the situation seriously, and quickly moved us to a different room far away from the original one. Our new room was very clean, and we had no further issues during our stay. The hotel was extremely accommodating and waived our parking fees and provided us with breakfast, which we really appreciated. Despite the rough start, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. We also had great service at the hotel bar and restaurant. The hot tub was unfortunately out of service and being repaired during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it. However, the pool was amazing and heated, which we really enjoyed! Finding bedbugs was obviously concerning, but I really appreciated how seriously and professionally the staff handled the situation. Their customer service made a big difference in our overall experience."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Great and friendly staff. Valet was super welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The treadmills weren’t working. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was in close proximity to the beach and downtown which was perfect. Overall it was amazing and would definitely book again."
