“Perfect location - right in the middle of the action yet tucked away and completely quiet with the windows closed, if desired. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start each day. The room was much larger and nicer than expected, and all staff we encountered were very helpful and cheerful. 10/10, no notes. ”

“We had a Privilege, Double Room.
Like:
- The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons
- Toilet was ok sized
- Room size was pretty sizable too
- The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat
- bar up at roof was reasonably priced too
- close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk
Did not like:
- hotel is a bit dated interior
- the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall
- a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……

“Our first impression upon entering the hotel was unfortunately very unpleasant, as there was a strong smell of urine in the lobby. We were then escorted up to our room, and immediately noticed that the stairs between the first and second floors were uneven in height, which made carrying luggage quite difficult and uncomfortable.
The room itself also had a noticeable urine smell. We left the window open while we were out exploring, which helped make it somewhat more tolerable, but it was still……
