“We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”

“The hotel is beautiful, lush gardens and minimalist but creative decor. I did not like that we paid for a suite and it was not ready upon check in, the mini bar was empty and never stocked after we asked, and we could not sleep thanks to the group that was allowed to be in the pool from 11:30pm to 2am right outside our window. Speaking of not sleeping, the air conditioning unit in suite 219 needs to be checked because it makes excessive noise when it kicks in overnight.”

“This is the very definition of a “Boutique Hotel”. Everything about it is special; the design, the grounds, the vibe. It’s all sensational. Yes, it’s expensive. However, it’s hard to put a price on tranquil luxury in the center of Austin. Instead of a hotel pool with 75 people swimming in human soup, you get the most idyllic pool with maybe one or two other guests.
