The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).
