Location is a gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. Family staff is very friendly and helpful. I stay here every time I visit Rome and will continue to do so.
Room was nice, but needed upkeep: no shades or privacy covering on windows, trash not taken out over 4 days, no clean towels over 4 days, shower didn't drain, shower head detached from wall; breakfast was very limited
Location with excellent cafe next door that provided our breakfast.
I like staff service I don't like the small room and noisy place
Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is so-so. WiFi was great and fast.
I visited Rome with the intent of walking to all our sites and found this location most affordable with the amenities we wanted. Just an idea of the walking distance, it's an hour walk to the Vatican. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! Staff was friendly and there was enough places nearby for all ...
Nice and clean, with modern fit out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Location was good and walking to a number of main attractions was possible.
The service and location of this hotel are great, even if the hotel itself could use a serious lick of paint on the inside.
