"The property is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are large and very pretty and clean. We had a odd smell from the carpet cleaning going on in the hall that made the room smell a bit too. Seemed odd to do it on the weekend. Parking is expensive. The staff is super nice and very helpful. I'd stay here again for sure. "

"The property is great, close to multiple transit lines so you can easily walk or hop on a bus/train. Just a bit of warning, there’s a bit of homelessness in the area, however it’s better than other parts of the city where there are more hotels. I had no issues walking around alone, though avoided it at night. Room was decent sized, was a bit hard to move my suitcase around in, but manageable—I had booked a queen but was upgraded to a king upon arrival. The amenities are nice, a bit overpriced...

"The place is relatively quiet and a distance from the core parts of the city, but offers nice facilities and great room. The only downside is parking can get very crowded especially if you return late in the evening. But overall not bad. "

Hotel lacked some basic necessities like room service, bottled water for the coffee machine in the room, furniture maintenance and lighting in the room very outdated and dark to the point that we couldn’t see the unique wall decorated with leather wallpaper. Furniture in the room was beat up quite a bit"
