“Hotel is old, room is big but carpet is dirty. Staff is nice though. Not cheap for a hotel this quality ”

“The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area. I’ve been living in Waterbury, CT since 1994. I know all the bad areas to avoid. That location is not a bad area. So, I really wasn’t happy of the introduction……

“As long as you manage your expectations you'll be ok. I'm a Marriott and Hilton regular but the mighty dollar has made me have to consider alternative places to stay. This location is worth the price I paid. It was clean. The hotel just needs a touch of extra care. The staff is very friendly and did their best to accommodate any requests.”
