"Floor was disgusting. Used about 10 towels as rugs. Fire alarm went of at 11pm in our room for no reason. Not a hair dryer in the facility, so had to run to nearest Target. I can deal with dated rooms, but they should at least be cleaned. Poor Roger, only person there working. He was great, everything else was not. "

"There was something left under the sheet. Like a floss stick, that’s was pretty gross."

"With the happy hour and the breakfast, not to mention the size of the room, you’re really getting a great deal. And nothing beats the river view the skyline of Cincinnati."

"Only 1 accessible electric outlet. Bed uncomfortable. Toilet very low to the ground. Shower slow draining. Charging station - some outlets didn’t work. No decaf coffee in breakfast room. Very disappointed. "

"Great location a bit removed from the sportsball parks but still in the heart of the fountain district and Aronoff Center. Ho hum breakfast buffrt-- much better brekkie/brunch options in the area"

"We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups."
