MOUNTAIN RIVER BREEZE

Spacious deck overlooking the Tuckasegee River, for dining by the River. This tiny home cabin is small but spacious perfect for making memories. This cabin includes on overhead loft with a bed. Located in the mountain valley in Bearhunters Campground. This is a small quaint campground with cabins on the riverfront. You are only 10 minutes away from all the Excursions or activities, Cheerokee is only 15 minutes away. Please come and enjoy!?Location on the river. Watching the geese and guided fly fishing boats lazily drifting down the river. The trains from Bryson City going down the tracks, either blowing the mourning sound of the steam whistle from the steam engine or the woeful sound of the diesel locamotives horn, gives you a sense of awe. Would recommend Your Next Greatest Adventure

The Great Smoky Mountains Railroad historic train depot sits in the heart of Bryson City, North Carolina and is a favorite regional attraction for family fun. A round-trip on the train is an ideal way to see extraordinary places that you can’t get to by car. Get a front-row view of Fontana Lake, the historic Fontana Trestle, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Nantahala National Forest, the Nantahala and Tuckasegee Rivers, historical structures, and stunning foliage.

Choose from steam-powered with the official “Steam of the Smokies” or climb onboard an excursion powered by diesel locomotive. A variety of passenger round trip train options and special event trains — including the popular Polar ExpressTM excursion — makes this the perfect attraction for making memories and experiencing the true form of railroading unforgettable vacation time..

So Much To See & Do..

When you come to ride the train, we hope you’ll plan to stay awhile. You’ll enjoy the country inns, lodges, resorts, quaint shops, places to dine, historic sites, museums, and amenities. This is America as it used to be; a treasury of friendly people, a restful environment, and the beauty of nature everywhere. There’s a reason why Bryson City is one of the top family-friendly destinations in North Carolina..

Very Relaxing
There were some bumps in the road and miscommunication at the beginning(make sure you get check in information before leaving or arriving). With help from the campground manager, Kathy, and the owner, Khalid, that was resolved semi-quickly. Despite the delays in check-in, it was AMAZING! The cabin has little signs throughout to remind you to relax and breathe! But no reminders needed because it was so VERY RELAXING! It was clean and accommodating! Thank you!

Very disappointed.
The pictures online were deceiving. There were roaches in our cabin. We stayed one night and left because of the roaches and the property itself.

Bliss
We loved this property along the river...so relaxing. Geese, cranes, eagles and even the train horn. Of course the river was the most relaxing of them all. There is a gas station/convenience store right next store that was very hand in helping with items we forgot to bring. The deck is fully gated, so it was perfect for our dogs to hang out back with us worry free. So many restaurants and shops are right around the corner in downtown and the entire downtown area is walkable. Park once and walk around all day. We hope to come back soon!

Cozy romantic cabin!
Warm pinewood paneled walls and ceiling creates a cozy natural warm feeling. The deck on the river and views are plus plus to have a glass of wine with your sweetheart. Bryson City is only minutes away! We were there for the dinner train excursion on the Smoky Mountain railroad, everything from cabin to location near Bryson city was great!! Will definitely plan on returning!! Jim &Judy

Lovely cabin on the river
This was a really nice cozy cabin right next to the river with a beautiful view out the back on the deck. Location was great for activities in Bryson City. Very clean inside and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay - price was good too. The campgrounds that the cabin was on was not go great, but the view on the deck and closeness to good restaurants and the train in Bryson City made it well worth our stay. Accommodation to larger dogs (we had a golden retriever) was much appreciated and priced right. We'll be back - thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Marsha was an excellent hostess that checked in us via email to see if we had questions about the area. The porch was my spot since I love a porch swing and yes I would stay with her again. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

Wonderful Cabin on the Water
I cannot say enough good things about the place and the hosts. From check-in to check-out it was amazing. The cabin is just the right size and adorable! We felt right at home. The view from the desk was amazing and we loved sitting out there and relaxing. We even had a meal out there! Marsha answered every question we had and checked in to make sure there was nothing we needed and that everything was good. Hopefully, we will be back one day! Butch and Jan Hammack

This cabin has it all!
This cabin has it all! This is a great cabin with a perfect location that is central to all the attractions. It is backed up to the Tuckasegee river and you couldn’t be any closer to it. My husband and daughter fished from the back porch. And what a wonderful place to sit in the morning an enjoy a cup of coffee. The cabin has everything you need and is very clean. Out of all the places we’ve rented in the past, I never walked barefooted until this place, it makes you feel right at home. We went during the 4th of July weekend and the weather was great, we did not have any problems with bugs and/or mosquitos. The cabin has a small grill and Marsha gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the location. We will definitely come here again on our next trip to Cherokee NC. M. K.

Amazing little cabin on a beautiful river. Great property and neighborhood. So much to do around, never a dull day. From fishing, tubing, swimming, and shopping. A great little place that has it all... It's nice to come back and relax in a cozy cabin and enjoy the deck, view and stars. We will definitely be back. The host was great and always in communication with us. The cabin was just what we wanted and needed on our vacation.
