“This hotel is truly wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and with lots of options. The staff was very professional and genuinely kind. Also, the beach and mountain view were breathtaking. Highly recommend.”

“Nicolás at the front desk was very friendly and efficient when he checked me in. He was also very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast included is very good. The hotel itself is somewhat basic but the best option to be on the beach. The bathroom toiletries such as vanity kit and tissue were never replaced throughout the 6-day stay. Would be nice to have a regular box of Kleenex. Bed and pillows were hard, so I didn’t sleep comfortably. But overall a nice stay”

“Everything and everyone fantastic! Only thing you guys need more attention to cleanliness of pool area including pool, you need someone to act as pool boy and clean and take care of water inside pool every day , specially a pool this small. It’s wonderful but its dirty.”

“The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! ”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. While the rooms could use some updating, it’s clear they’re doing their best to keep everything well-maintained. Daily room cleaning was a big plus, especially during a beach stay—it really made a difference. Breakfast had a made to order omelette station. Avoid high peak times as it can take over 30 minutes to get the omelette. I would say daily complimentary waters and microwaves would go long way in the……
