“The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! ”

“The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was simple, but quite tasty, with fresh options that were enough to start the day well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again.”

“今回は非常に残念でした。 案内された客室は、日が届かない暗い部屋でした。快晴なのにずっと暗くて、特に朝は快適とは言えませんでした。 また、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしましたが、あの暗い部屋に3500レアルは高すぎる感じを持っています。 四時になっても部屋のベッドメーキングや掃除がされていない日があり、急ぎお願いしました。また、毎日ルームバーのチェックをしていますが、ある日飲んでもない水にチェックが入っており、請求されていました。チェックアウト時にわかったのですが、ボトルが冷蔵庫の奥にいっており、適切にチェックされていなかったことが分かりました。 なので、低い評価をしました。”

The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.”

“I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Rio. The first room we were given was nothing like the photos online and was in really poor condition. It was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, and it genuinely felt like we were put in one of the worst rooms they had available. It was such a frustrating way to start our trip. To their credit, they did move us to another room after we complained, and I appreciate that they made the change. But it’s still hard to get past the feeling……
