“Excellent choice, great location and wonderful staff”

“Third stay here and it was excellent as always. The Paradise Valley location next to Camelback Mountain is ideal. Ten minutes to Scottsdale, fifteen to Sky Harbor. The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant and café food is fantastic and can be ordered at one of two pools; family and adults-only. Gym has free weights, machines, treadmills and peletons. We will definitely be back again. 5 stars.”

“Very conveniently and centrally located. Rooms are very functional. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is neither “good European” nor “good American”. Just enough choices. Rooftop bar has better cocktails. Excellent and extremely helpful staff.”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”
