“We really enjoyed our time at Mountain Shadows Resort and would come back again. We booked a double Queen premium room with a pool facing balcony. The room felt modern and the windows were a beautiful design feature. The location of our room within the property was perfect. The rooms were clean and well appointed, but we missed having a fridge in the room and there were no ice machines available in the building. I understand resorts aren’t DIY friendly and are meant to be more full service, but……

“Problem with TV connection was addressed quickly. We only lost first night of TV watching. Also, didn’t realize there was a switch to lower the drapes to black out lights during the night but same engineer showed us the control. Text check in with us was helpful. ”

“We love this hotel! Our favorite place in the Scottsdale / Phoenix area. It’s small and boutiquey with an excellent restaurant, gorgeous grounds, and very cool authentic traditional ranch house look and feel. Service is energetic and thoughtful ”
