10/10 Excellent

"This was a pleasant surprise in almost every way. This is a very family friendly hotel for those in the Dollywood area. The staff was very welcoming, the property is new, spacious, and well maintained, and the on-site restaurant lets you order pizza to pick up and bring to your room. The only problem is that it's absolutely packed with families...too many for the small pool and hot tub to accommodate, so we went without being able to enjoy those facilities."

"The property itself was good. I was disappointed in the appearance of my room. I was told that every room was updated with new grey bedding, mine was not. It had gold bedding. Not at all the appearance on the website. The cleaning staff did not replenish the toilet paper, I had to call the front desk for more. For the size of the hotel, the seating for breakfast was way too small. Some people, including myself, had to sit in the lounge area and use our laps for our plates. It may be small things but, it is the small things sometimes that make a big difference!!!"

"When first checking in the staff was amazing. He even took time to chat with us about our hometown and what we planned to do while there. He explained our room and the breakfast offered. The room was clean. The view was amazing both from the balcony and right out the front door. I was surprised to see that we were just a couple blocks from all the happening stuff yet it was so quite and peaceful at the hotel. The price for what we got was the best I could find. We will definitely be using this hotel every time we come down. Thank you for helping make our stay just that much better."
