“This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job……

Inside the room there is a kitchen area and we did breakfast in the morning, with toaster, boiling water and microwave machine and small electric stove to make scrabble eggs. We can do our laundry in the room too. Great value for Family and long trip traveller.”

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to……

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with the hotel. Below are a few small suggestions that may help improve the experience for future guests: Flooring: We personally prefer rooms without carpet. The carpet just outside the shower area got wet easily, and I was a little concerned about mold developing over time. A water-resistant mat or different flooring in that area might help. Storage space: The counter space and hanging areas were limited, so it was a bit difficult to organize shopping bags and other belongings. A few extra hooks or a small shelf would be very helpful. Room freshness: When we first entered the room, there was a slight odor, possibly from the cleaning process. Airing out the room a little longer after cleaning may help. Hair dryers: As 3 to 4 of us shared one twin room, an additional hair dryer would have been very convenient. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality. We would be happy to stay again!"

"Its a nice and clean hotel very typical of APA hotels across Tokyo, Just one complain on my recent stay as the room that we check in first gave me sore back once I woke up the next morning, maybe the mattress is quite old and used up that's why so I asked the front desk if we can change the mattress, they said they can't which I found it weird as its just a mattress and its easy to change it. Instead they asked us to change rooms which is fine but still quite annoying as we need to pack our things up and carry it over to the other room. Anyway everything turn out ok as the next room has a better mattress and my back is ok after that. Also on the room change I left my airpods from the old room which your staff found and return it to me which I'm so grateful for that. Thanks again."
