"Wedding weekend in Charleston-hotel was well Located yo provide a lower cost option to staying in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Heated pool was a plus. Would have loved a hot tub and safe in the room."

"Clean room, air conditioning worked. It had been remodeled but there were corners in the bathroom that were ignored, not a deal breaker, just indicating they lack attention to detail. Breakfast was a joke, and I don’t expect much from continental, but no coffee, barely any fruit or bagels and they weren’t refilling . Employees friendly and courteous. Minimum parking in there garage and very tight parking spaces , but the municipal lot they allow you to park in for free is a just across the street. I would stay there again. Pricey but that’s what you get for being on the water ."

"When we arrived the shower had no not water. We went out for the evening and the manager said they would fix it while we were out. When we returned they had not even attempted to fix the shower. Finally, the maintenance person told the manager to tell us to set the shower valve halfway between hot and cold. This produced warm, but not hot water. The next day our keys cards would not work. The manager re-programmed them and they still would not work. They had to let us into our room with a key. The next day the keys failed to work. I asked for a different room, but the manager told us they were fully booked, which did not seem accurate as on our many trips to the office we noticed at least half a dozen rooms with the curtains open and no occupants. We made it through the weekend with our original room, but remain very unsatisified. The management acted like they could care less as to our issues. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again. "

"Terribly run down. Loud. Lights shining in our room. Bathroom fixtures coming off the wall. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Pot smoke rolling under the connecting room door. Pool closed. But, staff were nice and efficient…they just didn’t have much to work with. And, I never do reviews."

"Room was small and tight to move around in. Water pressure was not good in the shower. The bathroom had minimal surface area for placing items on. The refreshments area in the lobby was very basic. It is in a great location. We enjoyed the fitness room. We had a positive experience overall. "
