Spirit was compassionate about the flights being cancelled due to weather. Even though it wasn’t a fault of their own they provided a voucher towards a future flight

Big shout out to the stewardess of flight 1891 from Philly to New Orleans on Sunday the 14th! My 7 year old daughter is a heart patient at Boston Childrens Hospital and we were on our second leg home when she got sick and threw up. These ladies were incredible the way they helped us and made us feel. I cannot express how much it meant. That is the way customer service is supposed to be and hope this post somehow gets them the recognition the deserve for a job well done and customer loyalty earned.

except for the semi-inadequate communication about replacing a sick flight attendant, everything went quite well.
