Didn't know that you have to board a shuttle train to get to your departure terminal. Plus D2 was at the end of the longest terminal arm. Atlanta is backasswards in their numbering. If I had to go to gate D24 I would know it's at the end of that branch, instead the highest numbers are closest to the hub. I thought I was going to miss my flight and was panicking. The gate lady was extremely nice and calmed my fears. She spoke gently and made me comfortable. Wish I could say that about all the female stewards on the flight. One gal was extremely snippy and not just at me. Her attitude extended to everyone.

I missed my flight and was emotionally drained but the staff rescheduled me and even apologized for not being able to accommodate me with a flight that same day.

Everything about the flight was great except the New Orleans staff at checking, very rude bad attitude talking about there weekend plans and texting, I was definitely an inconvenience to them. After that everything was fantastic. I repeat your New Orleans check in crowd was rude..... but unfortunately that’s very typical of what’s available for hire in New Orleans

Only downfall of flight was the wifi didn't work the whole flight. I could connect but it wouldn't load anything at all. Other than that I am excited to fly Jet Blue again. Thanks!
