I had 2 hours of layover for my next connecting flight. They gave me a privilege of express lane pass to check in out right away.

Carry on i do not agree should be charged! Seats not comfortable ... if it weren’t that I wasn’t sitting between my family it would have been a horrible, & uncomfortable flight!

The only thing I was unhappy about was that my wife and I were separated and when I asked for help from the flight attendant I was told to ask a passenger to switch myself.

The flight attendants made the flight enjoyable. More so then any other flight I've been on and I've flown a number of times.

Getting the very front seat in small plane is not beneficial. I flew from Erie PA to Chicago and upgraded to have a carry on but both personal item and carry on had to be stowed and green tag checked. Then I waited for my carryon bag they had to green tag check instead of it being there on the jet bridge for me to take. not many benefits paying for a flight you still have to pay for a checked bag and upgrade from economy class to take an extra bag on flight.
