“This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Our stay at Hibiscus was perfect. The shuttle runs every ten minutes to the gorgeous Grayton Beach and, should you prefer to walk, it is only a few minutes. We stayed in the Tropical Birds room which was beautifully decorated and spacious. This guest house is lovingly decorated with an Old Florida feel. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is no longer complimentary at the coffee shop cafe next door, but it is well worth the price. I highly recommend the crepes. Overall, we highly recommend……

“Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.”

“This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. ”

“The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

“Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !”
