"This property had plenty of "toys" for the lake and great fishing off the dock. Only issue was keeping upstairs cool. We stayed during an unusal hot spell for Minnesota, so maybe this was a one time issue. The area has a variety of things to do. Loved that property was on an isolated road."

"This was such a fun stay! Our family of ten was able to be together without feeling crowded. The Barn had everything we needed for a long weekend away. The hosts, Lee and Laurie, were super kind and welcoming. If we had questions, they were onsite and quick to help with anything we needed. The barn is so cute! The open living area was great for having family together. Lots of fun stuff for the kids too—playing outside, playing games inside, making s’mores at the fire pit! Our youngest family...

"Our family spent the Christmas holiday in this gorgeous home. There was a beautiful Christmas tree set-up so “santa” was able to deliver gifts. The open floor plan was perfect. The kitchen was great for preparing meals & holiday dinner. Each bedroom has a bathroom so it made getting kids bathed at night and ready for bed very convenient. We really enjoyed staying at this property and are looking at renting again this summer if available."

"We booked this home for a family Christmas gathering. We could not haves chosen a better place! Very spacious with beautiful view of the lake. This place was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. From cookware and serveware to a good stock of spices. We are talking about going back for a summer stay to enjoy the lake! "Overall the property was beautiful and so was the cabin. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn’t work but they gave us a heads up for that."

"We had 4 couples that travelled for this weekend. While the house was exactly as described, I think it would have been better with 3 couples. The house and property was great, having one couple sleep in upstairs open area wasn’t the best for them, but we knew that when we booked it. The host was fantastic, the lake was great and would rent this gem again."
