"Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"I enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space for two people. The hotel is very close to Malecón boardwalk and lots of restaurants in Zona Romántica. Walking distance to the beach and staff was very friendly. This is a “no frills” hotel so just expect the basics, but it’s a great value and very safe. "

"Mako 54 was amazing. Herlinda was so accommodating to our arrival time. She met us, made sure we completely understood how access to the apartments worked and was always available if we needed anything. We mistakenly left our laptop behind, she’s notified us before we realized it was left behind. We arranged it to be picked up the next day by ours parents without any problems. We recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, modern and safe place! We will be back!"

"Fantastic location. I would totally come back here. The place is nice and they keep it clean, desk staff were lovely, roof top kitchen and hammock. They have cute friendly cats. The bed is a bit firm but I slept well enough. The kitchen could be better stalked with some basics like oil, salt etc but there’s a fridge, microwave and gas cook top. All in all I would totally recommend it."
