“"Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter.”

“Reserved a room with 2 double beds. One bed had sand on the sheets over at least half of the bed. Desk clerk brought us fresh sheets that we put on. She stated she was going to tell the manager and see about a discount for us. When we checked out a different desk clerk mentioned again about a discount, we did not ask for one. We never got the discount.”
